Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding to more countries soon!
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your returns policy?
We want you (and your dog) to be happy! If something's not right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Can I exchange an item?
Get in touch with us and we'll help you swap for the right size or style.

Oh no — that's not on! Drop us a message with a photo and we'll get it sorted straight away. support@theringopack.store
Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up — nobody wants a snug tee (unless you're a Chihuahua).
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so get in touch ASAP if you need to make changes. We'll do our best but can't guarantee amendments once an order is in production.
I haven't received a confirmation email — what do I do?
Check your spam folder first! If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it.

Are your products made ethically?
Absolutely. We care about quality and doing things the right way — for dogs and humans alike.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We try to! Sign up to our mailing list or follow us on social media to be the first to know when favourites are back.
